CONDOLENCE - a message from Rector
It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing away of Prof V.R.Radhakrishnan of Chemical Engineering Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS on Friday, 1st December 2006 at 7.30 pm in Seri Iskandar due to heart failure.The body was cremated in Ipoh in accordance to Hindu rites the followingday in the presence of his son who flew from India and University's representatives. The ashes will be flown back to his hometown, Palakkad,Kerala in India on Tuesday, 5 Dec 2006.We have lost a truly dedicated and conscientious colleague.We sincerely extend our heartfelt condolence to his family and relatives. May his soul rest in peace.Thank you.
