recapturing july. it's fast. i mean, really fast. hepi fasting. marhaban ya ramadan~

biz trip to chennai, short vacation to taman negara pahang, badminton inter division in shah alam, and hiking up to gunung jerai - it all happened in july. it's fast. i mean, july is passing by really fast. and august is just around the corner.

i've blogged about india and taman negara. lemme grasp just a bit about the latter two.

ok.. badminton, hmm.. we lost. huhu. two teams represented the northern division, my lost has significantly contributed to the lost of the team; while the other team, they managed to go up to semi finals. kudos. lack of training i would say. well, can really count of how many times of holding the racket in a year. never learn from the mistakes heh. though it was quite frustrating, but i enjoyed the trip to shah alam. dining at ani sup utara was really a bless ;)

gunung jerai was fun. although i was not really in the fit condition - due to the overloading of fat, hehe - i can say that the hiking trip was really a success - for myself individually. climbing up over 1000 steps at the beginning of the journey, really was a mental challenge. thanks to hiking mates whom were very patient in waiting and helping throughout the trip.

dan minggu depan, dengan berakhirnya julai, berakhirlah juga syaaban.. maka datanglah ramadhan..
